Our Foundation

Who We Are

BHARTIYA BUDDHWELFARE FOUNDATION (BBF) — Bhartiya Buddhwelfare Foundation (BBF) is a community-focused, not-for-profit organization working to build a brighter and more inclusive future, regardless of people's social or economic background. Our work brings together education, environmental responsibility, sustainable farming, preservation of traditional arts and compassionate social support.

Our work was shaped through reflection during the pandemic in 2020, field engagement with communities and students in 2021, and collaboration with changemakers from 2022 onward. We believe sustainable progress is built with local communities, not simply for them. That means expanding access to learning, supporting self-reliant livelihoods, encouraging responsible everyday habits and protecting India's living cultural heritage.
